helend269's Review on vivastreet.co.uk Posted on 04/19/2010Rating 1/5Sure but where do I complain about Vivastreet?
I paid £14.99 for a month's advertsing as an escort yet they today took down my photos which up to now had all been acceptable. I kept trying to put them back up but they just took them down again just as quick. I even just put a face photo of myself up there - same result. I asked them to delete the ad and give me a refubnd - no answer. I deleted the ad myself and asked for a refund of the balance, some 3 weeks worth remaining - no answer.
So my question is where do I complain? Who can I go to? -
handsomefred's Review on vivastreet.co.uk Posted on 07/13/2009Rating 2/5VivaStreet - censorship or unfair trading?
I am sick and tired of VivaStreet moderators taking it upon themselves to act as censors and decide whose ads can be shown and whose can`t. Surely the point of the internet is freedom from goverment censorship but now it seems that Vivastreet has taken up the role for itself.
The ads that we place are all within VivaStreets rules and regulations yet most of ours are either not published or taken down shortly after being posted but others, some of whom blatently break all of vivastreet`s terms are allowed to be shown. WHY?
I know thatI am notthe only person with this story and perhaps if others with the same experience would come forward and complain then maybe the owners of Vivastreet would come out of hiding and face their ritics intead of hiding behind the skirts of faceless moderators.
Your idea of a free, localised marketplace to advertise in is a good one but we o not need your unfair censorship!
