This is a typical money grabbing Yorkshire firm who seek every opportunity to squeeze the last penny out of customers with an Interest charge of 2.204% per month .A dress was NOT delivered and yet they do NOT refund the "Interest" charged @ 2.204% per month for the months on which Interest WAS charged whilst they investigated the non delivery !! My wife was also charged, after being a valued customer for years, a Default Reminder Fee of £12 because MR Andy Bolton said that she had not paid a minimum payment of £5.29 in JULY 2009, when IN FACT she had paid the grand sum of £242.76 ON the 7th JULY 2009 !! Something very wrong with their accounting here !! Customer Services do NOT appear to care either. NOT, I would have thought, the right way to treat a customer.
