I have recently placed an order via the internet with Grattan with 15% discount if you ordered £150.00 or more.
On checking my account no discount had been given, I contacted customer services who said I had never used the code on my internet order but I know I did.
After several exchanges of emailes I finally got my discount.
I received another offer and promptly placed an order on the internet and quoted the code.
When I received my order confirmation I emailed customer services immediately to check that the code was applied and to my horror an email arrived to say the code had not been applied and that I had to submit another order to use the code.
I phoned customer services to report that there must be a fault on the internet and Susan very kindly tried the order system at Grattan to order my goods again and the code was applied but I have to return my original order.
The moral of the story is
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET WITH AN OFFER CODE PHONE IT THROUGH INSTEAD!
