Where do I start.
Like the lady above, I have had a similar experience with Global Visa's.
Myself and husband was interested in emigrating and were taken in by the sales tactics of their sales reps... They sweared blind we were eligible and said by paying £250 we would get a fantastic deal where we could pay £1700 for the whole family. I was told it was a one off payment and that the money would be refunded if we were not eligible. I agreed to pay the £250 until I received the contract and had a chance to read through it.
The contract arrived and it was very naughty, saying by paying the £250 you were agreeing to enter into an agreement to pay the full amount within 30 days once you received a 'consultation'. I did not sign the contract and did not receive the 'consultation'. We informed Global that we did not want to use their services and the very next day they took £378 out of our bank using the card details I had given them for the "one off payment". We contacted them and requested a refund. They stalled us for 24 hours whilst they took a further £1300 from our bank. We contacted them again and they flatley refused to refund any of the monies saing that we needed to read the customer care letter stating that after the 'consultation' we had to pay the full amount. They basically said we had recieved the consultation but we had not! it even stated on the website when we signed in that the consultation was pending (their works not ours). We are in the process of a visa dispute through the bank... We fully intend to go to court if visa dont help. They are a rip off company using underhanded tactics. Dont make the same mistake as us.... Avoid Global Visa's at all costs! -

my experience with them is that they want your money for the least effort. when you call them they put you through a pushy sales consultant who tells you are elligible for anything and pushes you to give your credit card details and sign a contract before they evenm look on your documents. after they get your credit card details they dont asnwer calls and they withdraw the full amount having your card details and do nothing for the money. when you ask for a refund they say you signed a contract and they provided you with expertise. personally i never submitted any documenst or been to their office and canceled my contract after 3 days when i realised this is a not right, but now they are taking me to court for not payying them 690 pounds . i ask for what, they havent done any work for it . they keep on arguint that they talked to me on the phone . how can they charge 690 pounds without doing anything with your appication? they told me i am elliglible for something i am not and when i canceled the contract they kept on saying i am elligile and if i changed my mind is not their business, i still owe them the money even though I have never sent them any documents. they just want your credit card details and they promise you are elligible for things you are not. when you complain to the bank about the stolen money they show the bank your signed contract ad the bank cannot know theyhavent provided anything for the service, so you have to take them to court . when you have a problem and you cantact them they dont aswer your calls and messages and when you go to theiroffice they refuse to talk to you and threaten you. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS
