    The Worst Company I Have EVER Dealt With.
    I recently ordered a new studio desk from decks.co.uk, the desk arrived next day as promised. Opened the box to find it had been bashed around and one of the shelves snapped. I tried calling 6 times the next day (Wednesday), each time the phone was either ignored or an 'urgent' message was passed to call me back. I was never called back. I finally managed to get through and explained that I require the desk for work on Friday and Saturday, one of which was a very important client to me. I was told that they would send someone to collect the desk and I should receive the new one next Tuesday. This wasn't satisfactory as I make my living from studio work, so due to their incompetence they have cost me a weeks money.

    Having had no correspondence from them since, despite an email and a letter, here we are on Tuesday when my new desk is to be delivered... Only for me to ring up this morning and check that everything is ok to be told that they had reserved me one in the warehouse to be sent out, but it had been labelled incorrectly, so they could send me out a walnut or white one today if I wanted it (I had ordered black). Or, if I still wanted a black one, then that won't be in stock til the end of the week, meaning I wouldn't get it til the start of next week (Great, another week's wage).

    Now, I've told them to stick it and I'll order one from elsewhere, only to be told it will take upto 6 or 7 days to refund my money.

    What a complete shambles and a disgrace of a business. I wouldn't recommend these cowboys to my worst enemy.

    Ditto - dismal service
    Ordered a Traktor Kontrol X1 from these guys - item was listed as "in stock" so went ahead with the order, only to receive a call from them a day later telling me that it was out of stock and that it would be due in 2 or 3 weeks' time.

    Sent an email a week later asking when it would be sent - still no reply after two days. Checked the website again and it's still listed as "in stock" and ready for dispatch within 24 hours.

    Apparently I can't cancel the order because it's now "locked".

    Really poor service. Never gonna deal with these jokers again. Forget the low prices: you get what you pay for. So far, nothing.

    Exceptionally Poor Non Existent Customer Service
    Having purchased a digital dj deck online it arrived several days later dead on arrival, now this was news year ever and i needed to get this resolved as i had a gig which i promised i would do.
    I contacted them and advised them of the issue expecting them to care somewhat, and make arrangements for my immediate replacement, which i advised i was happy to drive a 60 mile round trip to the showroom to swap the equipment over.
    Customer services are closed until monday the 4th Jan i was told, i couldn't believe it my gig was in major jeopardy,so i contacted the showroom and explained the dilemma and was told give customer services a call back they are definitely in i spoke to them only 10 mins ago, I was getting frustrated so i called head office and asked for customer services, This time i was told they are in a meeting all day can i take a message and ask them to call you.
    I had enough and decided to head to the showroom a 60 mile round trip but so much more rested on me having something to dj on after recently selling my 1000 mk3's.
    When i got into the showroom with my faulty unit which i decided to replace with a vestax vci-300 and a vfx1 package, i had to pay for the new equipment upfront and the faulty unit had to be be returned to the warehouse to be tested,which i was advised will then be refunded pretty much straight away as the manager of the showroom faxed a returns document over to speed the process up.....so i thought :-(
    I contacted customer service to ask if my refund is being processed only to be told they are awaiting the item back from the showroom,before they can issue any refunds, several days later it still had not been received at the warehouse, so i escalated this with the showroom manager on thursday 7th Jan to be called back by customer services to be advised they have looked at the unit and agreed to the refund,it will take a few days i was told confirming my card details, ok so i wait another 5 days and still no refund.
    The management need to take responsibility for this poor shambolic service, good prices doesn't always mean great service,Unfortunately i wouldn't touch this lot again with a barge pole.
