I am (or rather I was) a genuine serious prospective customer who has unusual circumstance of having Japanese consoles, and therefore just to make sure that my money is not wasted on incompatible parts, I e-mailed them. NO RESPONSE whatsoever.
I then gave a feedback on the website, which they now deleted because it might be regarded by them as poor publicity. I gave this review to trigger a response from them. NO RESPONSE, again.
I need this urgently, and finally got myself someone who can help me. I have wasted enough time waiting for the e-mail which they don't even bother to reply.
I am giving this review here, knowing that they can't just delete it as in their own website, so the public will know how I wasted my time to nicely write them e-mail, and be made to wait without any hope. -

i needed a d_pad rubber for a nintendo ds and a tri wing screwdriver ordered parts 19th may had a reply next day to say screwdriver was on shortage would be a few days 27 th may emailed to ask how much longer order would be recieved order on 1 st june then found out they sent wrong part emailed them about error although i managed to get the part to fit after slight modification had an email back to say i should have sent it back further email sent to say it was their error not mine they sent wrong part and used part so my son could use his console until they could send correct part never even borthered replying i couldnt belive they were quibbling for such a small part and the cost of sending it back would have cancelled their profit so i would not recommend them to any one and their parts were overpriced later found far cheaper parts else where
